Thanksgiving word search word list
50 words, hand-picked to fit a 15×15 grid. Free to use in any puzzle you make, including ones you sell. One thing to know if you build grids by hand: BREAD sits inside CORNBREAD — never put both in the same puzzle, or the shorter one is found twice. The generator keeps them apart automatically.
Runs in your browser — nothing you type leaves your computer. No sign-up. $19 once removes the PREVIEW cover mark; 30-day refund, no questions.
The button opens the free generator with this theme selected. It draws 15 words per puzzle and can make hundreds of different puzzles from this list without repeating a set — a 100-puzzle book comes to 124 pages at 6 × 9.

On sale by 26 November
US Thanksgiving is Thursday 26 November in 2026. KDP's Timelines help page says "it takes 3 business days for your book (or update) to be live on Amazon", and that publishing "may take up to 6 days" for an account that has never published a book. It says low-content book reviews are taking longer than usual right now, three to four weeks. KDP's low-content page says that category "does not typically include activity books, such as puzzle books or coloring books". KDP also takes only 2 new paperbacks a week from each account for publication, counted when first submitted and reset every Sunday at 12:00 AM UTC (Create a Book help), so a seasonal book takes one of that week’s two. Leave a few days' margin, and check the Timelines page on the day you publish.
Turn it into a book
Puzzle Press makes the whole paperback for Amazon KDP — word search or criss-cross fill-in, this theme or several mixed, graded easy to hard if you like, solutions at the back, margins and page count to KDP's rules — then the cover. Free to use; free books have unmarked pages and a cover marked PREVIEW, and $19 once removes that.
